I have over seven years of experience in grant management and have been part of the Institute of Ethnology since 2021. I oversee the full cycle of grant projects, from identifying funding opportunities and preparing proposals to planning budgets, managing projects, and ensuring compliance. I am dedicated to supporting research teams in securing funding and facilitating smooth project implementation.
